Don’t See a Metric? Contact Our Support Team

If you are not seeing a metric on your dashboard, the first step is to email our support team at [email protected].

  1. Provide us with the basic details of the existing metric.

In the email to our support team, please provide us with the name of the metric, the math behind the metric, and where the data is coming from. Our team can easily add this metric to your data model if the data already exists. 

  1. Need a new metric? A project must be created. 

If this data is brand new and from a new system, the DashboardHC team will work with you to create a project. By creating a project, we can integrate and pull in data simultaneously.
